Our Vision
Rooted in faith and driven by compassion, the Casimir Gnanathickam Trust was established in 2003 to honor the legacy of the late Archbishop Dr. Casimir Gnanathickam SJ. His guiding vision — “That all may have fullness of life” — continues to inspire everything we do. For over 20 years, we’ve been committed to uplifting the poor, marginalized, and underserved communities of Tamil Nadu through education, empowerment, and a deep sense of human dignity.

A visionary Jesuit and Archbishop whose life was rooted in service to the poor and a dream of an egalitarian society!
Educator and cultural evangelist who spread the Gospel through folk arts and catechetical education. Known as “The moving Gospel of the Lord.”

An educator and founder of multiple convents, lovingly called the “Amma of the Poor” for her work with underprivileged children and families.
Our Legacy
The Trust was established on the 10th death anniversary of Most Rev. Dr. Casimir Gnanathickam SJ, former Archbishop of Madurai and Madras-Mylapore, a spiritual leader known for his deep compassion for the oppressed, especially the Dalit and rural communities. Inspired by his values, the Trust continues to serve the underserved with humility, hope, and heart.
